Education & Qualification

  • A seasoned commercial agent/producer with the experience and ability to manage the larger prospects or clients, focusing on a specific target industry or broad all-industry generalist.
  • 3+ years of sales management, sales and/or agency support experience in Life & Health preferred (min. 1 year required)
  • 4-year degree preferred (not required)
  • Prior distribution leadership, recruiting, agency establishment and agency development experience preferred
  • Must be currently licensed in Life & Health
  • Industry certifications preferred
  • Must be self-motivated

Special duties

  • Establish client relationships through various sources
  • Obtain additional monthly leads on your own
  • Attend weekly phone conference meetings (Every Monday)
  • Courteous and professional attitude towards clients and management
  • Attend scheduled trainings
  • Schedule a min of 5 appointments with prospects a week
  • Give 110%
